Gramaci: A Ray of Sunshine in La Défense

Welcome to Gramaci, the new Mediterranean-charmed restaurant at the Renaissance Hotel in La Défense, on the doorstep of Paris. Under the sign of the sun, Gramaci promises a light and festive culinary experience, celebrating the richness of southern flavors.
Inspired by Provence, this name, meaning “Thank you” in Provençal, reflects the gratitude and conviviality of moments shared with friends and family in a warm and welcoming atmosphere… Andiamo Ragazzi!

THE RESTAURANT

The beginning of summer marks the opening of Gramaci, a restaurant envisioned as a southern extension in Paris. Gramaci welcomes fans of relaxation in a sunny atmosphere, from morning breakfast through to afterwork and dinner.

Special mention goes to the mismatched, hand-painted tableware by Popolo, Moleni, and Costanova, as well as the terracotta pots. They already add a unique touch of dolce vita to the culinary experience.

THE MENU

Gramaci offers a seasonal and evolving menu that highlights Mediterranean specialties. This menu has been crafted by several leading figures: Matteo Renzi – Head Chef of the main menu, Matteo has collaborated with Amandine Chaignot and Joël Robuchon. He has also spent several years in Emilia-Romagna, a region renowned for its delicious and generous pasta recipes, and is now a consultant at Tomorrow Food.

THE BAR

The modern and graphic furniture blends with vintage touches, such as antique flower pots and ceramic vases, evoking a holiday home feel. The spacious area is designed around several zones: a bar where you can sip a cocktail at the end of the day, the restaurant where you share delicious, sun-soaked small dishes from noon to night, and finally, the beautiful and large terrace and the 4-star hotel.

THE TERRACE

The lush and floral terrace, emblematic of La Défense, is the heart of the Provençal concept.

Under the pergola, visitors can escape to the south for a moment, enjoying dishes to share… or not!
